Mac Excel 2011, Pivot Table from multiple workbooks

Please forgive if this has been covered, I searched but there were *so* many posts on the general topic and the first bunch I looked at were all Windows-only solutions, so I decided I just needed to post anew.
I'm on Mac Excel 2011, so there is no Pivot Table Wizard. I have 4 workbooks, each with an identical table (layout that is, data is of course unique in each) that I would like to summarize in a single pivot table in a different workbook.
Is it possible to create a pivot table in one workbook from data contained in tables in 4 other workbooks using Mac Excel 2011 and preferably without requiring VB, and if so... how would I go about this?

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.

Press COMMAND+ALT+P to bring up the PivotTable Wizard which will allow you to consolidate from multiple sources. Though it would be better if the data was in a single workbook.. not sure if it'll work from multiple.

As clearly stated in my post, I'm using the Mac Excel 2011 which does not have the Pivot Table Wizard.

Did you bother trying it? Because I tested it on my Mac Excel 2011 before posting. Also, there is no Command button on PCs. The keyboard shortcut I provided is explicitly for Macs.

Yes I tried it. Does absolutely nothing ("alt" is Option key on Macs)
Sorry for my tone, but it's really tiresome to go to some effort to detail exactly what one has done or tried, what version of something one is using, what features are unavailable, etc. only to have someone give you the exact answer you've seen a million times everywhere and that does not apply.
If you know some way to make the Pivot Table Wizard appear for Excel 2011 Mac, I'd be thrilled. But as far as I can tell it does not exist.

Yes and yes. That key combination does absolutely nothing. I even killed Alfred just in case there was some long-forgotten shortcut I had modified in there with that combination. Nothing. However I tried CMD-OPT-SHIFT-P and something Very Bad has happened. Excel went into a tizzy, eventually offered up some sort of VB Runtime error dialog where I told it to End running, and Excel then tried to start closing documents which I canceled, and now it's just spinning and spinning... no idea what that key combo did.

I tried your keyboard combination on my Mac and nothing happened.
I only use that Mac for testing code - so I have NO customization at all.
I would suggest you have an addin that's grabbed the key bindings.
If you aren't sure what addins are installed, try starting Excel in safe mode. Doesn't look like the Macs make it easy:

OK I know what that was. I have a Macro set to use CMD-OPTION-p, and apparently it's ignoring the SHIFT part of the equation and performing my Macro, which of course goes a bit haywire since I don't have the proper sheets open at the moment for it to function. So, not an issue here.
Still really need to figure out how to create a Pivot Table from multiple workbook sources without using the Wizard.
